Well, the end of another year is nigh, time passes so quickly, like many businesses, this year has seen it’s challenges, mainly on the labour market situation, which is slowly starting to ease. We have been continually investing in new capital equipment, to ensure we maintain our ability to manufacture additional volumes, with very short lead times. We have taken advantage of the new method of exporting goods to the EU under Regime 40 & 42, which has had a substantial impact on the delivery times to our European partners. Who have wholeheartedly welcomed the changes and the resulting advantage that it has given them in the overall market.
The raw material situation has eased slightly, with the lead times being significantly reduced, which has helped in production planning, this has given Bisson the confidence to launch a range of new products, which offer solutions to particular problems, whilst installing aspirating systems. Our new range of products can be found under the product section of the website.
We are delighted to welcome a new member of staff in the sales office, to ease the workload on our General Manager Steve Davis. Kara Coles has joined the business, with a background in fire protection, and is responsible for supporting our UK and worldwide client base and providing order processing and transport to our European and UK destinations.
