Our harsh environment dust filter is meticulously designed to safeguard air sampling detection systems in the toughest conditions. This specialised filter acts as a protective barrier, removing dust and other contaminants before they can enter the air sampling unit or clog the unit’s first-stage filter (if one exists).
Installation Instructions:
The filter is easily installed directly into the pipework (ideally just above the detector), ensuring a straightforward and hassle-free setup. During installation, simply ensure that the airflow follows the direction indicated by the arrow on the filter housing. This guarantees optimal performance and longevity of both the filter and the detection system.

Our reticulated polyester foams are high quality, open cell materials. They are based from polyurethane foam with a flame retardant additive to conform to FMVSS302 standards. It combines excellent chemical and fuel resistance, good elongation and tear strength properties. This makes the material ideal for use in a range of demanding applications and environments.
