This includes information provided at the time of applying for membership and updating your details, subscribing to our mailing list, requesting further services such as booking a course or when you report a problem with our site.

  • Details of transactions you carry out through our site and of the fulfilment of any convention place booking.

IP ADDRESSES

This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.
